Kellie Hutchins has extensive leadership experience in a range of industries, all of which have a focus on providing more equitable opportunities for people to access services and supports to reach their potential. Commencing her career in Human Resources, Kellie has had a passion for improving the lives of others through access to various services including in health, children and family services, education, aged, and NDIS supports and is committed to the collective improvement of community outcomes for our most vulnerable through innovative, collaborative and considerate service design and delivery.

Kellie is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) holds an MBA, a GradCertHR, Certified Practicing HR (CPHR) status, and a Bachelor of Business (BBus).
