We are committed to acknowledging your complaint within 3 working days, and resolving your complaint within 21 working days.
Please note that if you feel that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily by Carpentaria, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at ndiscommission.gov.au or 1800 035 544.
