- NDIS Worker Screen Clearance (forms.pfes.nt.gov.au/safent/)
- NDIS Worker Orientation module (training.ndiscommission.gov.au)
- Police check (within the past 6 months)
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working with Children Check (Ochre card)
- Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of relevant qualifications
- Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
