Recruitment Overview
Carpentaria offers a rewarding career in a dynamic workplace, with positions based in tropical Darwin and outback Alice Springs. We are experiencing a growth in our services, resulting in the creation of additional specialist disability support and Allied Health roles.
Our staff have access to comprehensive training and skill development as well as ongoing specialist disability training, including positive behaviour support, person-centred active support and risk management.

- NDIS Worker Screen Clearance (forms.pfes.nt.gov.au/safent/)
- NDIS Worker Orientation module (training.ndiscommission.gov.au)
- Police check (within the past 6 months)
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working with Children Check (Ochre card)
- Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of relevant qualifications
- Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
- COVID Vaccination Certificate
