Carpentaria’s Reward and Recognition Program was launched at Friday night’s end of year celebration dinner. The program demonstrates appreciation for the meaningful and valuable contribution different employees make on a daily basis, with regular awards focusing on different roles and achievements throughout the year.

The CEO’s Quiet Achiever Awards were the first round of awards in the program and recognise employees who quietly and consistently work for the benefit of others and strongly uphold Carpentaria’s values. The recipients for 2021 are:
