Ted* is a young man on the autism spectrum, with unique and specific areas of interest. Over the past 3 years, the Pathways Program team have followed an individualised person-centred program that builds upon his passions, while also supporting his individual goals.
Ted has recently found a love for textiles! He has quickly developed his sewing skills by creating soft toy elephants that align with his sensory preferences. Currently working on his fifth elephant, Ted has set himself the ambitious goal of making every animal in the zoo.
Ted’s Skill Development Coaches also continue to strengthen his social skills and ability to build meaningful connections with others, and he regularly enjoys a weekly coffee and catch up with his friend Lana*.
