Carpentaria’s Paediatric Equipment Program (CPEP) is a low-cost loan program for families to trial or hire equipment as prescribed through an Allied Health professional.
Supported by Variety NT, the program was developed in response to feedback from families and identified as a need to develop equipment solutions in the Northern Territory.
Membership
The program is member-based and is open to all Allied Health clinicians in the NT who are financial members. Families are welcome to browse the catalogue of equipment, however trials and short-term loans are facilitated by financial members.
To become a member, send your completed Membership Form to alliedhealth@carpentaria.org.au. Purchase of membership is recommended prior to completing an equipment booking.
Clinicians are also welcome to view the equipment during office hours at Harry’s Place, 1 Willeroo Street, Tiwi.
Frequently asked questions and everything you need to know about the program is available here.
Donations
Donations of equipment in good condition are accepted, and we encourage donations from families who no longer require equipment, or who have items their child has grown out of. Please see the below list of items we are able to accept as donations. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept some items.
