Welcome to the team, Craig!
We are excited to introduce Craig Willingham as Carpentaria’s new Director of Regional Services. Craig has been appointed to establish and grow Carpentaria’s accommodation services and oversee our Alice Springs operations. Craig has previously held Executive and Senior Management roles with the NT Department of Health in Alice Springs and is excited to return to the Red Centre.
Craig says, “I am building a team of highly trained Disability Support Workers and seeking Allied Health professionals to deliver these important services and I am really pleased to have returned to Alice Springs to drive these initiatives.” Craig has already hit the ground running, connecting with many of our community stakeholders to discuss the services Alice needs.
Expanding our services
Having provided Therapy Services in Alice Springs for more than 4 years, Carpentaria is now expanding infrastructure and housing to deliver specialist disability support and accommodation. We are committed to investing in the Alice Springs community to support positive long-term outcomes for Central Australians with disability. Renovations are currently underway in a recently purchased property, to increase accessible access and prepare the home for the delivery of Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, and a recruitment campaign has been launched to secure high-quality staff who are committed to improving outcomes in the Territory.
